Terms and Conditions: Pacific Boating 'Lite 44 Class Membership' Monthly Prize Draw
The Promoter
The Promoter is Pacific Boating Group Pty. Ltd. (ABN: 38 117 497 364), located at 5/2 Waterways Ct, Rozelle, NSW 2039.
Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 1 June 2025 and concludes on 30 May 2026. Monthly draws will take place as specified below.
The Prize
There are a total of twelve (12) prizes to be won, with one (1) prize drawn at the end of each calendar month.
Each prize consists of a three (3) month 'Lite 44 Class Membership' with Pacific Boating.
The prize is as stated and is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
Pacific Boating reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value, subject to any necessary regulatory approvals, if for any reason the prize cannot be supplied.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
Age Eligibility
Entry is open only to individuals aged twenty-eight (28) years or older at the time of entry.
Entrants must be based in Greater Sydney, Australia, at the time of entry and throughout the promotion period.
Employees of Pacific Boating Group Pty. Ltd., their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Existing Pacific Boating members are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter the draw, eligible individuals must scan the QR code provided on a Pacific Boating vessel they are a guest on.
Scanning the QR code will direct the entrant to an online form where they must submit their required details as prompted.
Each valid entry submitted will be included in all subsequent monthly draws until the conclusion of the promotion period on 30 May 2026, or until they win a prize. Once an entrant wins a prize, their entry will be removed from all subsequent draws.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted throughout the entire promotion period. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Draw Details
Winners will be selected by random electronic draw.
The draws will take place on the final day of each calendar month, commencing with the first draw on 30 June 2025. The final draw will occur on 30 May 2026.
Each draw will select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received up to that point that have not yet won a prize.
Winner Notification and Prize Claim
Winners will be notified by direct contact from a Pacific Boating team member using the contact details provided in their entry form.
Winners will have seven (7) calendar days from the time of initial contact to respond to the announcement of their win and claim their prize.
If Pacific Boating is unable to make contact with a winner within the seven (7) day period, or if a winner fails to respond and claim their prize within this timeframe, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
In the event of an unclaimed prize, a re-draw will take place within a reasonable timeframe, following the same random electronic draw process, to select a new winner for that specific monthly prize.
Use of Personal Information and Publicity
By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information collected will be used by Pacific Boating for marketing purposes.
Entrants expressly consent to Pacific Boating being able to contact them using the provided personal information for marketing and promotional activities related to Pacific Boating's services.
All personal data will be treated in accordance with Pacific Boating's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.pacificboating.com.au/privacy-policy.
By entering, entrants agree to allow Pacific Boating to use their name and likeness (e.g., image, voice, personal statements) for marketing and promotion purposes across any of Pacific Boating's channels (including but not limited to website, social media, print advertising) without further compensation or notification.
Winners specifically agree to provide five (5) photos and one (1) short video taken during a cruise from their three (3) month promotional membership.
General Disclaimers
Pacific Boating reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if its fairness, integrity, or proper operation is compromised for any reason, including force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pacific Boating accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise. Pacific Boating has no control over communications networks or services, and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Pacific Boating is not liable for any consequences of user error including (but not limited to) costs incurred. Any entrant who enters using fraudulent means or otherwise acts in a way that is not in the spirit of the promotion will be disqualified.
Pacific Boating reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the Pacific Boating website. Entrants should check the website regularly for any updates.
Pacific Boating assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and does not accept any liability for any injury, losses or damages incurred by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.
Pacific Boating's decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
